Do you pick up car rental customers at the airports?
Yes, we pick up rent-a-car customers from and deliver to the Miami International Airport. If you need information on pickups and drop-offs to the Fort Lauderdale International Airport, Palm Beach Airport and other private airports in the area, please call one of our Car Rental experts to check if any charges apply.
Do you deliver rented vehicles at the hotels?
Yes, we do deliver rental vehicles to hotels in Miami, Miami Beach, Fort Lauderdale the entire metropolitan area, but the car rental customer needs to be present in the office to sign the rental contract for economy, mid-size, luxury and convertible car, or SUV.

What forms of payment do you accept for vehicle rentals?
To rent a car you can pay cash, check, credit card, travels check, or debit card
Can I use another persons credit card for renting a vehicle?
Yes, but the card holder must present themselves with proper i.d. to sign the car rental contract.
Car rental deposit
How much is the deposit to rent-a-car?
The deposit for car rentals is based on the type of vehicle, and in some cases it is put as a hold on the credit card used.
Do you have Cash car rentals available?
The cash deposits are much higher and accepting these for any car rentals is handled on a case by case basis and at the discretion of the company attendant that is reviewing the paperwork, usually from $250.00 to $500.00 for cash deposits.

We have economy, compact, mid-size, full size, convertibles, vans, SUVs and some exotic cars for rental.
Do you have automatic or stick shift cars?
We have automatic cars and stick shift cars, make sure you ask for a stick shift in advance since most of our rental cars are automatic.
Do you have air conditioned rental cars?
Yes. Due to the weather in Florida, all our rental cars have air conditioning.
Do you rent cars by the hour?
Yes, all of our rental cars are available by the hour with a minimum of 4 hours.
Accessories for rental vehicles
Do you offer accessories with your vehicle rentals?
We have accessories available for rent with any vehicles. The accessories available include baby seats (required for all small children), cell phones, and GPS systems with maps of Miami and the state of Florida.
Additional charges to car rentals
Is there an additional charge to the auto rental fees for more than one driver?
Yes, additional charges apply when the car rental is to be driven by more than one person.
Is there an additional charge on the car rental for fuel?
Fuel in the rental vehicle must be brought back at the same level that was provided at the time of rental.
Is there an additional charge for underage drivers on a car rental?
Yes. This fee on the car rental only applies to customers that are 21-24 years old.
Driving a rental vehicle out-of-state
Can I drive an auto rental out-of-state?
Rental vehicles can only be within the state. Contact us for additional fees to take any rental vehicles out-of-state.

If I rent a vehicle for a month can I get a good price?
Yes, vehicles rented for long periods receive a special offer. Platinum Luxury Rent-a-car offers special prices for Insurance Replacement Cars and Long-Term Car Rentals.
Discounts on rental vehicles
Do you have AAA, travel agencies or airport employee's discount for car rentals?
Yes, we offer auto rental discounts to members of any one of these associations.
Do you offer coupons for auto rentals?
Yes we do. Auto rental coupons can be printed from the web site when available.
Returning rental vehicles
If I have a flight leaving during your closing hours, is there anywhere I can leave the rental vehicle?
Yes, we have a auto rental drop off service. Let us know in advance for instructions on where to leave your rental vehicle.
